Privacy policy
Premiax Live Automation is a personal Windows utility for the Premiax Music channel owner. This policy explains its use of Google and YouTube account data.
Access requested
With the owner’s permission, the utility requests YouTube account access through Google OAuth. It reads the authorised channel’s name and ID to check that it is operating on the intended channel. It uses the YouTube Data API to create, bind, check, start and end live streams and broadcasts, including unlisted tests and, once enabled by the owner, public broadcasts.
Data stored on the computer
The utility stores its Google OAuth client details, an encrypted refresh token, the confirmed YouTube channel ID, selected local video path, schedule settings, broadcast and stream IDs, test results and operational logs in the current Windows user’s local application data folder. The refresh token and OBS connection password are encrypted for that Windows user. OBS receives the temporary YouTube stream destination and key needed for each broadcast.
How data is used and shared
Account access is used only to operate and verify the owner’s Premiax Music live broadcasts. The selected video is played by OBS and transmitted to YouTube when a stream starts; this utility does not upload the video file as a separate YouTube video. Broadcast titles, status and technical stream details are exchanged with Google and YouTube. The utility does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Retention and control
Local configuration and logs remain on the owner’s computer until the owner deletes them. Removing the scheduled tasks does not automatically erase those files. The owner can stop scheduled streaming, revoke the app’s Google access from Google Account connections, and remove the local files from the PremiaxLive folder under their Windows local application data. Ending a YouTube broadcast or deleting it in YouTube Studio is managed separately by YouTube.
